Kathy Lambert, C.M.H
Even before becoming Cloverleaf Farm’s herbalist, Kathy has been a nature lover her whole life. As a child, she spent many hours in the woods foraging for wild edibles. She delighted in finding wild grapes, and making grape juice for her family. Later, as a teen, she would find solace in the woods writing and drawing in her journals.
After her children were born, she passed on that love of nature and took them on weekly hikes in the New Hampshire mountains. They would collect wild herbs and edibles for teas and meals. She now looks forward to passing that love of nature to her granddaughter who has a great start to her love for nature. She already loves and collects rocks.
Kathy’s love of nature grew into a love of herbs and herbalism. Her passion went from a hobby to a career. Kathy trained extensively and became a Clinical Herbalist in 2002. Her studies included seminars with European herbalist and author Juliette de Bairacli Levy, mother of modern herbal medicine.
Kathy has written several articles for newspapers, magazines, and online health related sites. She is working on her first book in herbal healing.
She continues her training through workshops, online classes, and newsletters to keep up to date on current herbal information.
Kathy has worked with the healing power of plants for over 15 years. The scope of her practice includes herbal therapies, flower essences, customized nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations. We also offer referrals to other providers as necessary.
